- How do I use it?
- Enter a domain name (for example example.com, without http:// or a path) and run the check; the lookups run server-side and the results appear as a scored breakdown by category. Nothing you enter is stored.
- Why does domain health matter?
- Weak or missing records leave gaps that can hurt email deliverability, allow spoofing of your domain, or expose your site to security issues. A combined score helps you spot the biggest problems at a glance before they cause outages or abuse.
- How do I read and improve my score?
- Each category shows what passed and what failed, so start with the failing checks that carry the most weight, such as a missing SPF, DMARC or DNSSEC. Fix the underlying DNS records at your provider, then re-run the report to confirm the score has improved.
- Why might my score look worse than expected?
- The report reflects public DNS at the moment of the check, so recent record changes may not appear until TTLs and caches expire, and some checks (like DKIM) depend on selectors that cannot always be discovered automatically. A low score for those items may mean 'not detected' rather than truly absent.
